Aspen’s Complaints Procedure

Aspen Dental Care view comments and complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all patients are satisfied with our service. If patients complain, they can expect to be dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
We learn from every mistake that we make and we respond to patient’s concerns in a caring and sensitive way.
Our practice Receptionist is the first port of call for patients who wish to complain.

On conclusion of the investigation, the complaint will be reviewed by Jay Patel who will ensure any necessary preventative or corrective actions will be implemented where appropriate. In the first instance raise any complaints with Dr. Jay Patel.
